Paragon Venture Fund was formed with the goal of helping small businesses grow and achieve their maximum potential. Our investments consist of mezzanine debt and some equity in expansion to later stage small businesses.
 
While our focus is on investments in the service business, distribution, construction, consumer products, and healthcare sectors, our “sweet spot” is in the construction and contracting industries.
 
In addition to an industry focus, Paragon has and will continue to focus significant consideration, and take proactive steps toward assisting minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned business enterprises (MBE, DBE, and WBE respectively) in the construction and other industries to obtain the appropriate financial structure and to obtain the necessary bonding to compete in the marketplace for both private and governmental contracts and business.
